Revisiting the Quarry: Excavation Legacy and Return

This one-day symposium, led by artists Charles Danby and Rob Smith, in conjunction with the exhibition ‘Uncommon Ground: Land Art in Britain 1966-1979’ (5 April - 15 June 2014), has been organised in collaboration with the Arts Council Collection, Northumbria University and Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

Defining Pi


Defining Pi, is a project that aims to test the potential of the new Raspberry Pi computer and spread understanding in coding. The artists selected for the programme, which runs throughout August and September, are Richard Healy, Kate Owens, Rob Smith, Chooc Ly Tan and Dan Tombs. The programme is being delivered in partnership with the Raspberry Pi Foundation and with funding from Arts Council England.More Info
